I got engaged over the weekend! OMG! It finally happened. The boyfriend is now called the BIG F! (Still can't say Fiance, its just too soon) He proposed to me late Friday night on a pier in Red Hook, Brooklyn. It was dark, mysterious and beautiful. We used my mom's wedding ring as the engagement ring, something borrowed, and sentimental. I haven't forgot about you, Pepper and the PMS sisters! But now I have to prepare for our wedding next year! It will still happen, I promise, my movie, or at least some more shorts!

I made my set over the weekend. It's a working progress of painted cardboard walls and painted cardboard furniture. I'm not sure if this will be the set I shoot with, but it's a start. I made the bookcase and decorated it with books, pictures and knickknacks. The table has a table runner (bracelet) and one wall has a lone window (should I make curtains?). Pepper's bed is made out of 2 boxes glued together, with a white headboard. I was trying to make it a bedroom. I feel like it's going to be hard to shoot this set, but I'm gonna try. I haven't done this before and it's my first time, so wish me luck!
Toys in the attic starts tomorrow! I am going out of town, but I will see it when I come back! I am excited to see it on the big screen! See my blog post from 8-12-12 for background.
I know I haven't done the birth yet, but here is a quick video of the PMS sisters coming out of a box. The music will come soon. Summer has made me lazy but now that it's over, I plan on not going out and working on shorts longer than 15 seconds. But it took about 2 hours to do that! I also couldn't get rid of the light flicker! BOO! More videos to come!
